1. Your jeans have a high waist and pleats
Jeans with a waist belly button height, or taller, with peg legs and sometimes pleats = mom jeans for those of you who may have been living on another planet. Ditch this fumpy look and go for mid to lower rise pants that don't make you look like you are wearing a denim potato sack fashioned into farmer pants. Pleats pile on the pounds on over 40 tummies, so don't go there. A flat front jeans with no pockets is best.

If your legs are thin, then you are good to go! A sweater cape, over-sized handbag and large sunglasses will complete the look!
