Hi!
I desperately need your table of contents but I can’t make it work I installed your plugin, activated it and copied the CSS template fragment in my CSS file, but it only messes my pages. I don’t have great knowledge of CSS. I’m not sure I copied it at the right place. Or is it a problem with the theme I’m using (Vina)?

How can I include a blog post’s “comments” section in my TOC.
I need to insert this TOC programatically on specific pages/posts,//youtube.com/watch (http://www.medical-marijuana-caregivers.net/forum/index.php?topic=27316.msg56862#msg56862),jumbo ugg (http://www.myuggbootssale.com/ugg-sundance-ii-boots-c-5.html), I can’t use the shortcode in the post-body and when having automatic-insertion empty and using
do_shortcode(['toc']) it doesn’t work..
A.,discount uggs (http://www.myuggbootssale.com/ugg-classic-bags-c-36.html), why don’t you use the auto-insert feature?
