　　据了解，金某是辽宁人，于2000年来京打工，已婚且育有一女。2008年，金某在网上认识女子小董。 去年6月，自称是副团级军官的金某和小董见面，金某常穿着军装出入小董家，二人还发生了性关系。去年9月中 旬，金某告诉小董，他有一家汽车配件厂，因为军人不能开厂，自己被别人告发，厂子被封，需要钱疏通关系。同 年9月18日，小董的父亲给了金某5万元。此后，金某又以类似理由从小董父母处拿走12万元。 (http://www.tgy118.com)
