After experiencing oil painting (http://www.newoilpainting.com/children/prairie-flowers-ii-oil-painting-reproduction-on-canvas_855.htm), I was less afraid to incorporate uses of color and manipulation of technique into drawing (http://www.newoilpainting.com/landscape/the-alley-at-chantilly-ii-oil-painting-reproduction-on-canvas_1987.htm).
