I purchased a Asus laptop or computer from Madison WI Best Purchase in Oct 2010,Office Home And Student (http://www.windows7key.eu/office-2010-key), I am currently a Masters pupil operating on an IT degree. I want the personal computer specifically for this. From early on We have had plenty of issues together with the computer shuting alone off for no cause. I did acquire the black tie safety.We've taken this machine into the GEEK Sqaud five yes I repeat five periods. The primary two periods they changed some inner areas which includes the mother board. The machine has continued to fail. The final time I needed to take it in I used to be on vacation in Florida and now We've even a greater mess. Currently being told yet again there is certainly practically nothing incorrect together with the machine and there is practically nothing they are able to do for me. We've a number of men and women witness this pc just shutting down for no aparant trigger. We have been put on hold for hours at periods trying to resolve this, indeed I said HOURS on Sat April ,16 2011 2 1/2 hours holding to get no wherever.
My suggestion to anyone at this point is DON'T waste your money on black tie,Office Standard 2007 (http://www.office2007-key.eu/), its a waste of your money. The sad part is I dont' want my money back or really anything special just a functioning computer
