雇员为索工资浇汽油欲自焚获刑

　　本报讯 (记者 王丽娜) 因多次索要工资未果，24岁的史某带着汽油来到雇主家，声称要浇汽油自焚，他拿出打火机欲点燃时被对方家人 制止。昨天，记者从大兴法院获悉，因构成放火罪，史某获刑1年。

　　去年6月，史某来到雇主陈先生的汽车维修服务站打工，干了不足一个月，史某辞职。因陈先生离京回了老家 ，史某多次找到陈先生的女友索要工资，对方称等陈先生回来后再结工资。7月1日，史某携带打火机、汽油，再 次来到陈先生的住处，索要工资。据史某说，他看陈先生仍不在家，工资还是拿不到，“就想用浇汽油自焚的方式 吓唬他们，从而让他们给我工资”。他当着陈先生的女友和家人的面，将汽油从自己肩膀处往身上倒，拿出打火机 欲点燃时，被对方制止并报警,mbt sneakers sale (http://www.mbtfootwearonsale.com)。
