There were some questions in the comments in the last few days about working with the Ribbon minimized (which I do a lot,Office Pro (http://www.office2010key.in/), but not exclusively). In a nice piece of chance timing,Office 2007 Activation (http://www.key-office-2007.de), Jensen wrote a short piece (UI blog) on how the Ribbon has been improved in this area post-beta.
