My favorite comments that I've seen here on the OneNote Blog are the ones that give me a glimpse into the interesting and creative ways you use OneNote to manage your busy lives. For a tech writer like me, such anecdotes remind me of the different ways we all use OneNote, and I try to work these real-life scenarios into my examples as often as I can. Naturally,Windows 7 X64 (http://www.key-windows-7.de/), I also really appreciate positive feedback about a particular post or hearing how information I share here has helped you in some way. On occasion, some of your comments have crossed over into requests for technical support. While I genuinely try to find answers to such questions, the reality is that I can't always guarantee a quick solution, especially when the issue involves a specific setup or it's something that I haven't seen before — either in my own use of the software, in feedback from other customers and blog readers, or in discussions with the product team. That said, I'm every bit as much of a software consumer in my personal life as you, so I definitely understand that there will be times when you just need to ask a qualifying question about the product, or find out if there are any known issues with a particular feature before you decide to call Technical Support. For this reason, I wanted to remind you all that we've built a pretty good support forum for these kinds of questions on our Microsoft OneNote page on Facebook. Personally, I'm pretty selective about the Facebook pages that I choose to "Like" and that I track in my feeds. But I can honestly say that our OneNote Facebook page has helped me learn things about OneNote (and the way other people use it) more than any other forum that I frequent. I'm one of the moderators of our page and my colleagues and I try to strike a good balance between sharing the latest OneNote discussions,Windows 7 64bit (http://www.windows7key.eu), announcements, videos, and event info. More importantly,Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 (http://www.microsoftoffice2007key.net), the page regularly shines a light on helpful "how to" content and handy OneNote tips, ideas, and suggestions. Some of those how-tos originate from tech writers like me, but a lot of them also come from OneNote users just like you. It's always great to see two complete strangers "meet" up on a random post and help each other discover the benefits of a particular feature or share a best practice that the other didn't know before.
