We've finally gotten the runtime re-released and its available on the web at the location below. We've nailed the issues down and it will stay available at this point. My appologies I didn't get this posted over the weekend - I was away without net access for the weekend. Clint's blog got the word out earlier,Office 2010 Discount (http://www.office-2010-key.co.uk/), and that's another good place to look for Access information.
