在联想论坛中，看到许多用户反映，Y430A TSI笔记本改装XP系统时复制文件比较慢。这一问题，笔者也遇到过。在请教了中关村在线蔡晓鹏老师、孙希 萌老师后，终于找到了解决办法。借此机会，向晓鹏老师、希萌老师的耐心指导表示衷心感谢！至于如何在DOS 下刷新BIOS,将在请教以上两位高人后现再发文！
问题原因主要是由于主板BIOS版本较低，需要刷新。目前，联想Y430A的新机主板BIOS的版本已是3 .01的了，就不需要刷新！这是一位网友提醒的，谢谢这位朋友啦！
　　刷新过程如下：
1、下载刷新需要用到的文件及软件。下载地址请参考：

　2、接上外接电源，并保证电池有足够的电池。这一点非常重要，如果在刷新的过程中，断电的话，据说很麻烦 ！关闭所有应用程序，包括杀毒软件，并拨掉网线。同时，要注意，不要在刷新过程中进行任何操作 ！
